Book Design and Imaging
Text issue on spineI have a 146 page imagewrapped hardbound. The spine is giving me a text warning even though the title is very short and I’ve tried the smallest sized font. Any ideas?

Thanks Tony. It seems to change it’s mind on the preview. Sometimes it shows a warning, sometimes not. Do you have a recommendation for font size on the spine? What’s typical (given a short title of 22 characters)? |

I’ve only done one book that size, it was a 13" x 11" hardback with dustjacket and I used Trebuchet 14 bold. It had 44 characters and worked fine. I guess I could have gone larger if I’d wanted, it wasn’t near the edges at all. …..Tony

Try Vertical spacing option and choose Center. that sometimes fixes things.
