Two page spread - Image Resolution Warning

Every time I try to insert a picture into a "Two Page Spread" I always get an "Image Resolution Warning" that wants to resize my image.

Has anyone else been having this problem, and what did you do about it.  Thanks

Much thanks Tom, that was it.  I was working on a book from a trip a couple of years ago where I was using an old Kodak 5 megapixel point-and-shoot.  I tried a two page spread using a picture I took last year with my new Canon DSLR and I didn’t get a "resolution warning".
