Book Printing

Best customer service ever!! I love you BLURB!

Books I made for Christmas presents arrived today, and although the quality of the printing was great, the binding was not to my satisfaction (the pages were not cropped properly so there was a white strip on the bottom of each page). I sent in a request to have it re-printed (at 10:00 pm!)...and I recieved word with in the hour that it was off to the printers for a do over!

I was impressed with Blurb before (this is my second book), and I am even more so now. Well done BLURB!

I concur.

I asked a question, and had an answer in less than one hour.

Impressive.

I think they have some teething problems, which are to be expected when you use subcons.
