Book Printing

Beware the bleed is not even close.

I received my books for my daughters soccer team printed on 7×7 softcover. Look very good and happy with print. I ordered 5 and of the 5 only 1 came out right. In fact if you stand each book up side by side each book varies in height which explains how the bottom of the page cut off the names that I designed in the page. I left room below the name for the bleed. Has this happened to anyone else? Below I have pasted a link to flickr that shows the problem that has happened. Please look

My 7×7 hardcover came with the vertical trim uneven.  The top was barely trimmed at all, and the bottom was trimmed quite heavily.  The page numbers are quite close to the bottom, but they are still there.  I’d say that anything further south than the page numbers in the template would be at risk.

Hi John, this is certainly out of spec…please be sure and file an order support request and we’ll get your books re-done.

Best,
