3 out of my 3 books had workmanship issues --- OH BOY!
First time to post here, and sorry I don’t mean to gripe on things, but it’s 3 out of 3 for me now. I submitted the following complaint in the Customer Service forms, but would like to post it here. Am I one of the few lucky ones, or workmanship quality issues are very common? Hello, Unfortunately, I’m here AGAIN reporting a quality issue in printing and binding. This order xxxxxx has 2 books: 1) Baby Showers for Martin book—- 2 major quality issues —- On page 21, the top of the page has extra printing (some stripe stuff), looks like from another book. —- Binding glue is evident and sticking out between the cover and the 1st page 2) Martin’s Christening book—the cutting of the back cover is crooked and looks very unfinished I have scanned pictures of the defects, and I can attach them, once you reply to my email. My first book also had quality issues on the page numbers being cutoff (you can check my account history), although I already received the reprint, thank you. Am I just lucky or what? It’s 3 out of 3 books now for me, and all of them have workmanship quality defects. I love your business, and you do offer very reasonable prices. But how do you appease quite unsatisfied customers like me???? Am I supposed to expect that every book that I will order will have workmanship quality defects? What a waste of time for me on all of this (scanning, returning the orders, etc. etc.)...... As if I would have any extra time to do quality controls of your finished products Please respond ASAP…. the least you can do is to respond to me, and treat these complaints as urgent. Thank you.
