Pages falling out...
Hi, I have ordered about 15/20 books from Blurb, and have been very impressed with all aspects – the designing, ordering and most of all the quality of the books – it is always great. I ordered a softcover book recently, with almost 200 pages. The most number of pages I’d done. When it came i was pleasantly surprised at how well it was put together, and it looked even more professional being so bulky. My client was so impressed, he ordered 2 more copies. These two copies arrived a few days ago, and now I am told the pages are falling out of these books. "Almost a quarter" already. He says pages fall out literally every time he opens the books. The difference with these copies, and the first book, is that these were printed using the EU printers, while the first book was definitely from the US – it was the first book I received with a bar-code on the back. So, needless to say I am not very happy about this – nor my client. I was hoping to have the two books re-sent, but using the US printers. I don’t want the same thing to happen again, it is very damaging for my business. Imagine my client showing off his amazing book and telling people about me, when all of a sudden the books start falling to pieces… So can someone from Blurb please help me out with this.
