I just received my book the other day and the cover is horrible. Both front and back have an extreme curl. I would never put this on my coffee table for people to see. Not to mention the photos that are SO dark that sections of them are completely black.
Got my book last week and the front and back covers curled up, and there was a very inappropriately placed barcode on the back. It would look ridiculous set out with the curl in it.
I just received my 8×10 soft cover yesterday and it looks great and I am very happy with my wildlife photos, the only problem was the curled cover. Reading the forums tells me this has been going on for sometime. I would think that there should be an easy solution to this and blurb should have a fix expedited, what is the reason that this problem continues?
I have had 2 orders to me and 6 on-line orders all ship with curling covers. Blurb said it was an incorrect laminate used and the problem should be corrected. Blurb DID replace the curling books for me, but the second shipment also curled. I am just now going to try again to order non-curling books. The real hassel is replacing books I shipped for clients/marketing all over the country. It’s hard to get the defective books back. Jan
We love our books, the color and quality is excellent. The customer service, once we got used to waiting for our answers, was helpful and professional.
