Cover dust jacket print looks green
I received my first couple books I ordered and I noticed they looked greenish. I just got the newest book I ordered and it wasn’t green at all. Anyone else with this problem?

my pics are too red and too dark. When they are printed they are just fine

The dust jacket had a different color of font than previous orders. I just got another order and it was back to fine. Mary Lovein, Chameleons in the Garden

There are now several of us who noted the green cast to dust covers. I am still waiting to hear back from order support, but was glad to see that Mary’s newest order looked correct.

I received my first blurb book about a month ago (it shipped a week later than the estimated ship date). The inside was great, but the dust cover was very greenish. I contacted support, and they sent me a UPS return label, I returned the book, and they started printing a new one. The new one was supposed to ship two days go but this one’s delayed too. Pretty frustrating. I just hope the cover (and inside) looks right when it gets here…

I sent photos of the dust cover color problem to customer support and they acknowledged the problem and promply sent me a return label to reprint the cover AND books. I will return them today…hopefully they will be reprinted in time to take to Indonesia on 10/13…. Even though this problem is frustrating. I appreciate customer support’s response…and this forum to share our comments with others.
