Disappointed with my last book,...

Only want to say some things (in my bad english) about my last book:
First,I’m from Spain ,and normally I have received all my books from Netherland.This last book I received it from United States.Why?
How I received my Book from the United States?With a simple carton envelope and without protection,without plastikbubbles.
The book quality:soooooo bad.Dark and flat pictures,the colour was poor,…Premium paper???I don’t thik so,…I think it was a low cost paper.
Bookcover,also really bad and fast done,…
When I received the other books from Netherland I was satisfied,but with this last one….I’m thinking about to continue with Blurb or not!
My question is ,how can I know from where I will receive my books…?
Staff,I can see here ,that many people are disapointed….any solutions for us?
FWIW, my books printed in The Netherlands have always been vastly superior to books printed at any of the North America printing plants.
