The orders you see under your account are just those that you personally have ordered and any names you see there are those that you have had the books shipped to. There is no record under Orders about books that may have been bought by other people.

To understand how many sales you have made (in other words ones you have not paid for) go to the Book Sales item under the Your Blurb menu above.

You should see there that you have sold 6 copies of the book. What you will not see is who bought them, anymore than Amazon or Barnes and Nobel will tell you who bought your books, privacy laws in many countries would stop Blurb disclosing that.
