iBookstore territories

Hi, I’d like to promote my iBookstore title on my website with links to all the countries’ iTunes preview pages. Do you have a list of the iTunes territories you sell through? I’ve used the link builder on the Apple website to get links for the UK, USA, Ireland, Canada and Australia but there are a lot of countries listed and it would be helpful to know which ones my book is available in (it isn’t available in New Zealand for instance).
