Preview button checked but grayed out - no preview of book online
After much difficulty, i was finally able to check the preview button, but it is grayed out and the book cannot be preview online. Anyone have an idea of what’s wrong?

We did have a few issues with rendering previews last week, but it seems to be all fixed. And I had no problem seeing the preview on your book—your photos are spectacular by the way!

FIXED? You’ve got to be kidding! I just checked out preview on my new book: pages are chopped into gray slabs. Some go away, some stay. The thumbnails at bottom are chopped up; clicking on one does not bring up a page, ie, they are useless. The only way to "turn" a page is to click on the big version – then you get gray chunks, and EXTREMELY SLOW. It’s only 15 pages!!!!! In other words: PREVIEW IS WORSE THAN USELESS. It only turns people off and makes blurb look like a bunch of amateurs.
