Wrong shipping address!

My family & I put together and ordered a Blurb book for my in-laws to commerate their 50th wedding anniversary. We did the work & I paid for it. We requested that it be sent to my brother-in-law’s house (in another city), where it should have arrived a couple of daye before the anniversary party.
It never came and was a hugh disappointment.
When we arrived home several days later, it was sitting on our doorstep. Shipped to the wrong address!

I would have been disappointed too, so I can empathize, conlongw. If the shipping error was Blurb’s fault, you have our sincere apology. What’s helpful is to go back and confirm that you entered the correct “ship to” address. You can check this on your My Blurb dashboard by selecting Account > Orders > and the order # that is in question. Look at the Billing address and the Shipping address. If Blurb did make a mistake, simply fill out a Customer Support form and we’ll make this right somehow. (I know it’s after the fact, but we’d still like to make it right if it was our error.)

You’re not the only one with shipping issues! The “order #” displayed by Blurb was someone else’s order number to some other city. I also had a friend that ordered a book and she received someone else’s book! When she finally got her’s it was not bound – loose papers. She’s still waiting for the correct book but is having to go through hoops to get it.
