I think we should. After all, POD lets us do things that normally we could not; like print our own books and make print runs of 1. So why not give the little guy yet another good opportunity? And part of the difference is that when someone buys something at Barnes and Nobles, not even Barnes and Nobles knows their email address. But in this format, blurb does. In essence, blurb gets a mailing list as a benefit from our self-promotion of our books. Can’t we too? I guess I am putting this in the suggestion box.
