Limited edition pricing

I have recent completed two versions of the same book – a softcover book of 140 pages and a Hardcover, image wrap book of 160 pages. The softcover is currently in the public site of Blurb and I wanted to make the Hardcover book public. But ….. this is a limited edition of 100, so I would like to have it on the public site with a price but without the Add to cart function for the general public so that they have to contact me to order the book. This way I can order the book for them, sign and number the book before sending it to them.
Is it possible to do this or is there another way within Blurb ?
