Why doesn't it specify at the checkout whether or not I will get a tracking number?
I talked to someone through support who told me that packages to Canada would have to be sent through Canada post (USPS/Fedex were unavailable, even if I paid for shipping). This would be okay if I was guaranteed a tracking number, but I’m only given delivery options by date. The person at support told me that I might get a tracking number if I purchase the more expensive shipping method, but I don’t want to spend extra money (I’m already paying $100 for just two books) if I’m not guaranteed a tracking number. I want security on my package, especially since Canada Post has lost my packages before.
