My book shipped to wrong person...I received a call from a nice woman in VIRGINIA that she had received my book order, which was to come to me in CALIFORNIA. She is shipping it to me and I’d like for blurb to reimburse the shipping

Blurb not only reimbursed me for the trouble, they also sent a shipping credit to the woman who had mistakenly received my book. I found the Blurb customer service to be extremely friendly and fast to respond. I’ve been trying other publishers but I’ve decided to stick with Blurb… their quality and responsiveness are superior. Thank you, Blurb! Can’t wait to get my next book. | |
