Book Replacements

I uploaded my first book the day after Thanksgiving.  I was excited to recieve it quickly and was very pleased with the quality.  However, there was an error on one page that needed to be fixed.  I contacted blurb and they took my order back but have not recieved a response on what to do next.  Do they fix the error and re-ship me books or do I have to upload my book and try again?  This is a Christmas present and I need it before Christmas so I know I am on a deadline if I have to upload it again.  I have emailed several times and my emails do not appear to be getting through.  Anyone have the answers for me?

If I reupload my book ,do delete the other one?  I want the correct copy to be the one that people order.  I guess if I delete the first one I will have to set everything up again with the corrected version just as if it was a new one?  Will  I have a credit for my first order or will I need to pay again?  

(My emails have been returned saying they cannot be processed unless I type between the lines but my computer will not let me do that.  That is why I am asking these questions here, I don’t think anyone has gotten my questions by email other than my first one about the error. )
