Why International shipping options only on US order?

I am trying to place an order and my shipping address is Maryland.   My only shipping options (in Step 1 of 3: Delivery Options) are two Swiss Post choices, UPS Express Saver, and UPS Express.  There is no option for 2-day delivery or UPS ground – I’ve ordered from blurb before and always had those options.  I checked the Pricing and Shipping page and the options I am given are the options for Asia, Australia, Europe, NZ, and South Africa.

 Anyone have any idea what’s up with this?  I am not too thrilled w/ the idea of paying $60+ for shipping and would really like to be able to pick from my regular options.  Soon, since I’d like to beat the 12/12 deadline.
