Ordering and Shipping

BLURB YOU RAWK!!!

For everyone freaking out about your orders – don’t worry.  BLURB RAWKS!

I didn’t get my order in until this past monday, 17 Dec. 2007 – 4, 7" Books.  The initial estimate was that they would ship on 27 Dec. 2007 – no problem, I was actually suprised with a one week turn around given the Christmas rush.

TURNS OUT—I should receive them tomorrow!  Wooo – hoo.  Now I can give them out as Christmas presents on time.   And hey, if then don’t show up until a little later, I can build the suspense among the recipients until the arrive.

Merry Christmas!

In addition to order date, machine capacity is a primary driver in determining what orders are processed. The 7×7 books are printed on a different machine and it currency has more capacity.

As you know, we’re tracking every order that has not shipped and doing everything in our power to get these shipped in time for Dec 24th. I apologize that your order is late but I am confident it will ship in time for delivery on the 24th. Expect additional updates tomorrow and, if needed, Saturday.

There are other variables that come into play and there is a decent chance we are talking about two separate printers.

I’m glad you think everyone will have their books for Christmas.  However, my grandparents won’t have their books because we are going to visit them tomorrow morning.  We ordered so that we would get the books at our house in time and then could personally deliver them, but your delays rob us of that ability.

It would be nice if we could change the Mailing address after we order them. I don’t see whats so hard about that. In a customer service world, we all need to adapt, so i hope it changes soon. I know i would already like to change where i get mine mailed, as my estimated arrival is Jan 4th, well after i return from out of town, where i paid good money to have it shipped.
