Ordering and Shipping

$120 Candian Duty !

BLURB !

You have to get a Canadian printing partner!

Wanted to make sure the books I was giving as Christmas gifts got here on time so I paid the extra for express shipping, $91 for 24 books 10" x 8" books. Base shipping wasn’t that much less mind you. But add to that now the $120 duty and those 2 pieces really make the price book jump.

We have lots of Indigos in Canada as well, not just igloos ;-) so please tell us Canadians your looking for a Canadian printing partner that would do away with all the UPS shipping rip offs, brokerage fees and duties, PLEASE!

Wow CoryK  That sucks.  I had 7 books shipped same size and I paid a premium for shipping when I ordered.  When UPS got to the door I to had to shell out some coin. $2.12 GST.  That was it.  No Brokerage fee ect.

UPS is so inconsistent you never know what it will be. This is one reason why I refuse to use them, and why I’m disappointed to find out that this is the only method blur uses to ship to canada. I once had to fight with UPS for 3 months to get back incorrectly applied duties, for which they charged me $50 brokerage fee. If you’re going to charge so much for brokerage you better know what you’re doing.

UPS ground charges brokerage, the UPS worldwide expedited services include brokerage.
