When UPS fails...?
I’ve had two friends e-mail me saying that, due to the usual SNAFUs of shipping, they missed all three delivery attempts and now the books apparently exist in limbo. One called UPS and was informed that the package had been returned to sender, but she has no way of knowing how to contact Blurb. Is there anything that can be done or is there an address or phone number I can point her to? Thanks…
