Ordering and Shipping

Sending books to relatives in USA - what price?

I live in France and am planning a series of books made for my brothers and sisters, who all live in the States, to be directly shipped to them.  Can I order them at the American price?

In case you haven’t figured this out by now, to order in dollars, just choose the dollar sign in our currency widget. You’ll find it located in the bottom right corner of book pages. Because the books are being shipped to the U.S., they will be printed in the U.S.

Hope this answers your questions.

I would like to extend the question asked by Haystack.  My book bears the mention "Printed in the United States of America" on the copyright page.  If books shipped to Europe are printed in Europe, this statement will be false.  Am I correct in assuming that I have no way of controling in which country my books are printed?

Suppose someone in Asia wants my book?

What would be an accurate "Printed in…" statement for the copyright page be?
