Just got my first book (UK member)

My first Blurb book arrived today, and I am so impressed!!!!

I ordered a 40 page 10×8 landscape hardcover. The printing and binding are fantastic, the paper brilliant quality, and I love the dust cover.

A few people on here have said they thought the pages were a bit thin. I used to have my books done by photobox, who use 170gsm paper. While this was nice and thick, people were forever thumbing the pages because they thought there were two pages stuck together. The pages are thick enough.

All my pages  were black and there were no white spots on any of them. And to top it all off, I was expecting a barcode on the back page, and there wasn’t one!

I am so happy. Thank you so much Blurb, for providing this service. I can’t wait to do my next book!!!

I live in the UK and my book arrived 3 weeks ago, It was brilliant! I love the matte paper, I also did black as the background colour. The softcover front was very glossy and the colours were spot on! Very clear all throughout,

PS: no handling costs Stuarte. Not for me anyways, im sure it will be the same all around. Postage is enough for it to get here fro mthe Netherlands I presume. :-) Check out my book if you have time. Thanks.
