Book Damaged in Shipping

The book i received last week appears to have been damaged in shipping.  While not so obvious ointhe outside of the box, the book was crushed so that the hardcover and all pages have a ding in the side.

Andrew,

for a problem like this you need to contact Blurb Order Support rather than posting in the forums, you can do that by clicking the Help menu at the top of this page (on the word Help rather than on the downward arrow). You’ll then see the heading EMail Support on the right, Order Support is under that.

Or just click here… http://www.blurb.com/help/order_support

You will then get a response directly from a Blurb staffer within one business day.
