Turchenyuk, you need to rasie this with Blurb staff directly rather than hoping for help in the forums, you can do that via an Order Support Request. If you click on the Help menu at the top of the page (the word Help, not the little arrow) the resultant page will have a section headed EMAIL SUPPORT on the right hand side, under that you will see Order Support. If you chose a non-trackable shipping option (such as Swiss Post) that could be a little more difficult. ........TOny
