Does 40 pages include cover? A simple question: Does the 40 pages of first pricing bracket "0-40 pages" include the cover in that count? I assume no. I also assume the non-editable back page is included in the page count. TIA	Posted by RichardL May 11, 2008 10:29am PDT Permalink

Both your assumptions are correct TIA :-) So they even charge you for printing their logo :-( In both Edit and Preview mode, just above the thumbnails you will see a page count in the form of Page x of n.
