Ordering and Shipping

Unable to resolve shipping addrees and calculate costs

My shipping and billing addresses are correct. Your message suggests that I try again in a few seconds. I’ve been trying for the last hour now!!! I’d love to order the book that I’ve just uploaded… but HOW do I continue???

It has been broken for a few days now. I mailed customer support but they say it will be "a couple of days" until it is fixed. This is really troubling! I wanted to place an order…

Customer Support told you what they know. We are actively working on this issue and hope to get it resolved very very soon.

We’re really sorry about this inconvenience. It’s a shame when this stuff happens, but it does and we work as quickly as we can fix it.

Thanks for the reply Kathy. I understand that these things happen. The troubling bit is that they cannot provide me with a manual quote when the web calculator is down. That would have been fine in the meantime.

If we could have given you a quote, believe me, we would have. The same bug that you are getting has hindered us as well.

The fix is definitely getting worked on. I got an update today.
