Ordering and Shipping

lack of express shipping

The lack of express (trackable) shipping in Australia, and Singapore is really dampening my spirit in making books with blurb. How can one have a peace of mind when one doesn’t know where or when the books are going to arrive, and would be left helpless if the books got lost in transition?

Really making me rethink about making books. If cost is a problem to blurb, probably they could have a once a month express shipping etc? Collate all the books to a destination and sent them out all at once to save shipping cost?

Oh well, I miss the days of looking at UPS side and wondering where my books are, and which countries it has been. LOL

Yes I agree!  I am based in Hong Kong and much prefer UPS trackable service.  I wrote to Blurb Customer Service about stopping the service and they told me they are probably going to reinstate it again shortly.  So fingers crossed, we will be watching our books weave across the world again soon.
