Tracking my book... to AUSTRALIA

I was just wondering what the go is with Swiss Post? I ordered my book with to have priority tracking, yet have no idea where my book is! The destination it needs to reach is Sydney Australia. 

Ordered date: Sunday 7th October

Shipped Date: Monday 15h October

Arrival: ????

I am happy with the speed Blurb has taken to ship my 400page 30×30cm book… however am dissatisfied with Swiss Post’s tracking:

15th october – Arrival at border point of origin country

15th october – Departure from border point of origin country

15th october – Posting

15th october -  Departure from border point of origin country

16th October – Arrival at border point of origin country

16th october – Posting

16th october – Departure from border point of origin country

16th october – Left transit country

It is now late 22nd october and I still have no update as to where my book is. In that being said, the top says Netherlands—> Germany! So has my book been having a nice relaxing holiday in Germany for all this time? I figured that I paid extra for the tracking, so all Iwant is for Swiss Post to let me know where my book is!

I think I will wait it out a couple more days, because if you got yours a week later than that might mean I will recieve mine tomorrow.. MAYBE.

Its just so frustrating that you pay for a service and you don’t receive it. I don’t blame Blurb, I blame Swiss Post. I am not in a rush for my book, it would just be considerate to receive the service you pay for (tracking). To pay for tracking and not know where your book is for 6-7 days, with the slight indication it has gone to Germany is worrying. It makes me think that I should have just paid the cheaper delivery which has no tracking, because I am not being told anything anyway! I feel slightly ripped off. 

Has anyone else had these issue’s to Aus? And how long did it take to get to you in Aus?
