Sorry. There has been a general decline of this credit card. pls, tell me what it mean?? *"Order error:Sorry. There has been a general decline of this credit card."* does it mean that it is not on the account of my card money? sorry, i’m ukrainian and I can’t correctly translate this text…. lsachka—this declines is coming from the bank that issued your card…not Blurb. I would recommend following up with your bank and ask why they are declining this transaction.	Posted by norcaljhawk Oct 13, 2008 2:28pm PST Permalink Staff
