Order Completed/Despatched but book not received?
Hi, I am living in London, UK. It has now been 7 working days today (on 14.10.08) and your tracking page says the book was despatched on 09.10.08, but I haven’t received anything - is it normal? Also, is it me or your website simply doesn’t have any "Contact" or "Customer Support" details anywhere…? This is rather surprising for a firm selling things over the internet. Thank you Greg.

HI Greg, Help is just a click away. You’ll notice a Help link in the top right corner of all of our pages, along with a Help link just below along the footer of the page. Click on either one of these and you’ll go to our Help page, which has FAQs, links to many resources, including "Email Support." Fill out a form with all of your details and someone will get back to you within an hour or so during business hours. Hope that helps. – Kathy

I’ve got a similiar problem, I got the "order has been shipped."-message on the 26.09.08. So today 15 working days ago. Unfortunately I made an untrackable order.. Are there any people from Germany who can tell me how long their shipping took? Or someone whose book didn’t arrive, what did you do? Greetings, Sounie

I’m from Italy and I’ve been forced (by the new prices) to an untrackable ordinary shipping order. Tomorrow it will be the third week from shipping, still no book in my mail box.. I’ll let you know when (hopefully) the book will arrive. Regards Fabio

My book has arrived to Italy on tuesday the 21, shipped on friday 26 of september (18 working day) with ordinary mail, the package was good as usual, the quality not good as usual but Iìve to check the originals…. Regards Fabio
