I had an experience I must share. A "customer" of mine bought one of my books.  There was a problem with the transaction.  He emailed me.  I told him to contact Blurb and that in my experience they were very good, fast, and sincere in their customer service.  WOW!  The Blurb team took care of him in stunning fashion.  Fast, friendly, express mailed a corrected book literally overnight.  He was very happy, very fast.  I am even happier.  It is great to have reaffirmed that the Blurb team is behind me.  A great "business partner".
