Volumn Discounts

I have an inquirey for volumn discounts, several hundred copies.

 My question relates to the wording under the Volumn Discount section. It says something like "only books uploaded by you qualify for discount".

 I’m confused! Can my client buy directly from Blurb at discount? I can interpret that sentance two different ways, and I don’t want to loose a sale because of some stupid wording. Do I have to make the order under my name?
