Separate Shipping?
I want to order one of my books to send as a gift to someone else. I don’t see anywhere where I can enter a different shipping address other than my own. Am I really going to have to have it first shipped to myself, then when I get it, ship it to my friend?

No you don’t. As you work your wat through the checkout process you will get an option to specify a shipping address as well as a billing address. I have used that for most of my orders. .......Tony
