Not Getting my books...

Well.. I had patience.. but.. my books have not shipped.  One small reprint order did ship, but, the large gift  (reprint) order did not..  I am  not happy that at first all my books from the original Chirstmas gift order were screwed up, and now, even when resubmitted within the deadlines, not getting them on time.
