Ordering and Shipping

Uploaded book not showing

I have uploaded a book for the second time now and when it opens the website to order the book I only see two earlier books that I want to order in this same shipment.

Is it only allowed to upload two new books at the same time?

I want to order 3 new books at the same time, is this the problem?

I don’t get it.

 

Anyone help out please

If you get no other feedback can I suggest you contact Blurb staff about this, I wouldn’t have thought this should happen.

Go to the Help menu at the top of this page and choose Customer Support. From there choose Technical Help. Their customer service is very good.

niels, I only see the book on Costa Rica. I’m no expert, but perhaps you inadvertently switched previous books to Private?

(I have three books uploaded and aren’t aware of a limit.)

niels, or another sad thought: did you allow the previous books to exceed 15 days prior to ordering??

Thanks for your help everyone, unfortonately still no results so I decided to order the two books and now will try to upload the third as soon as I need some other book(s). Cheers, Niels.
