Problem With Set my Price

I received copy of my first book 4/16-days earlier than expected. I’m extremely pleased w/book jacket-blue background is perfect, front photo perfect, back cover full bleed photo much better than expected. First 15 pgs of book are also, in my opinion, very good. I’ve actually rec’d 2 good reviews from 2 professional phottogs who looked at preview. There is, however, a problem w/3 photos which are too dark. I’ve emailed Support, have to wait until Mon. for reply. In meantime, I tried to Set My Price on my book – site isn’t working. There is msg that my address book is empty-it’s not – my address is there. Could not have ordered 1st bk if it wasn’t. Tried adding add again, still get the same msg. Also will not accept my SS#. Support suggested it was my browser (IE). I cleaned out caches, still didn’t work. Following Support advise, I downloaded Foxfire, tried w/that. Same problem. Also waiting until Mon for more help. Sorry this is so longwinded. Anyone have a similar problem, know how to fix it?
