Ordering and Shipping

who bought my books?

dear blurb. is there a way to know who bought my books? if no, due to privacy, how about at least a zipcode?

I am afraid the person who bought my book might have gotten the wrong one, I did tell them to buy the hardcover version, they bought the image wrap.

I would be very surprised if blurb will reveal that information due to privacy concerns.

I think it would be wonderful to at least know the state/province or country. It would be very interesting for sales data.

Plus it would be nice to send them a THANK YOU for their support!  I recently sold a few books and would like to send them a thank you note.  Can Blurb please make their contact available to me?

I think the best solution would be a wee box at checkout with message saying: I’d like to share my contact details with the autohor of the book that I’m buying

It should unchecked as default, and if the person who decided to buy Your book decide to share his/her details they can do that by simple checking this little option

Simples!
