No sales info
General Interest
The sales figures under my account information continue to say no "sales information available", even though I know for a fact that at least one copy was sold a few weeks ago and is in possesion of the individual who ordered it. I would be interested in knowing who has ordered copies and how many I have sold, is there any way to remedy this?

Version 1.9.1.20466 does not work

Major issues going on in this version. Places text in the middle of previous pages when placed on an empty page or blacks out previous pages. This version is completely unusuable.
