Where did my text go?

Might be a bit late in offering this. Here’s what happened once when I "lost" all my text. I originally created a book with black pages. BookSmart wisely set my font to white. Later I changed pages to white, but the text remained white, thus I couldn’t see it. You’ll find elsewhere in this forum info on selecting multiple pages in the Page Navigator and applying text chages (e.g. white to black) to all selected pages. I wish I had seen that information before I manually changed the font from white to black in every text box. It wasn’t fun.

Another option for overlapping images is to use one of the Collage layouts. Say you’ve placed two images in two containers on a page. By clicking on one of the Collage layouts, the page layout will change and the software will plunk your images somewhere on the new page. Something like black magic, but not exactly.

Printout to Proof is very small

Me, too. Same printer. Same problem. But at one time the pages in this book printed the correct size. Now, all of a sudden, they’re about 1/4 the size. Does Blurb allow only so many proofs and then it reduces size???
