Michael, I tried for two hours. That is an eternity. I also expect more from a vendor interested in selling me something. Of course I had tried all the above suggestions. I downloaded the templates from azuka book last night with no problem. Apparently you have a small problem with literacy as I had stated that this is the ONLY (see that) place I was having trouble. I have no way to know but my best guess is that Blurb’s popularity is outrunning the bandwidth of their server.

Well.. I just gave the download another 5 tries. I press the button for the windows download. I get the “downloading booksmart” screen but no down load is taking place. Press the try again button go around again.
I give up….Not worth my time. Your site is faster today. Bye

I am using a wireless broadband connection. Not the greatest but not dial up either.

This is only happening at this site. The download won’t even begin. I have NEVER seen this before ONLY HERE. (yes I’m yelling) :)
Took me 6 minutes to get through log in and to reply screen. At one of the other blog type sites I access this process takes about 10 seconds. Downloads have never been a problem.
I appreciate your comments but it isn’t me.

I am concerned about your service as your site is incredibly slow. This is also the first time in many years I have had a download fail. Actually, it never even started. Frustrated as I don’t think I should have to wade through sludge to get this done.

I’m new here, I have tried 5 times (maybe more) to download your software. Browser says done. Screen comes up and says the download is finished? There is nothing on my desktop. I have never had a download fail in the past. What I’m really trying to do is evaluate how long it will take me to prepare a book of perhaps 30 pages so I can charge my client appropriately. I don’t want to overestimate and blow them out of the water but if I underestimate I have set a precedent and could be stuck doing slave labor in the future.:)
