Saving project prior to uninstalling/re-installing BookSmart

In order to clear up a problem importing files from Vista mid-way through book project, I may have to uninstall & reinstall BookSmart. Is there a way of saving half-finished project prior to uninstalling, & retrieving it after reinstall ?

Thanks Ben. Some files did get ‘moved around’ while trying to import images from a camera that Vista doesn’t fully support – & that is indeed when the trouble started. However files are now in order & the problem still persists - that is when I click on ‘Get Photos’, not only does the Apologies/Hiccup box pop up, but my book project (& BookSmart) disappears. I’ve filled out Customer Support Form – but am still waiting on reply. Thanks again: Crich

Half way through my third book & I suddenly am not able to ’Get Photos’ from my files. ( Vista O/S) When I click on ‘Get Files’ I’m repeatedly getting a Hiccup/Apologies box telling me… BookSmart has encountered a technical glitch & needs to close. Has anyone experienced this problem ?
