Delivery costs changed - Hugely!

I’ve just finished my book as well and of course, nothing works until I’ve ordered a copy or two. Here’s the shock for me: I placed an order for 1 hardcover and 1 softcover to be shipped to Singapore. Only one delivery option showed up: UPS Express Saver at US$153.14 for shipping alone. The website, software and ease of use are all wonderful. The shipping cost is ridiculous.
