Would just like to thank Blurb Customer Service (esp. Michael) for some great support. Two books arrived with minor damage from a packing error (it happens) and I contacted Blurb and my customers had free replacements shipped immediately and got them in time for Christmas. One customer has already said she wants another Blurb book from me in the summer. Thanks so much! Ian Boys

I had something similarly strange though not as extreme. 1 7×7 book cost more postage than 2 8×10 !!
