Are Garren’s parents still looking for their book referenced above and by chance did anyone receive my book "New Zealand and Beyond" I am already talking to customer service thru "order support form" and in this forum I will not express all the details of my complete dissatisfaction, looks like many have already done that. I am just waiting for my corrected books in transit, UPS ground…AND curious as to who may still be looking for their books and/or who may have received mine. Listen Folks, I feel the Quality of Blurb Books is exceptional, please dont get me wrong. It’s just that other areas need improvement. That’s unfortunate because the only differentiator on the net is not that defects happen but in how they are handled. After all the best companies are those that make you feel that they truly want your business and will convince you to return, however small the consideration, including attention to tone of response(s) and shipping corrected items OTHER than UPS ground.
