Increased Price?
Ordering and Shipping
I had the same experience. The price for my first order of my book, 8×10 landscape was 39.95. When I went to place my second order the cost was 49.95. Is there a mistake? That’s an increase of 25%. I didn’t choose the Custom Logo Upgrade. Priscilla

New Price Increases plus Shipping = Lost Sales
Ordering and Shipping
I am in the same boat re: price increase. I have sold 28 books to friends and family and have provided the books at my cost. Now, having shown my book to their friends, they have decided to order 16 more books from me…..again at my cost. So, just as I start to place the order for the 16 books, I find that my 8×10 landscape book has increased 25 % ! I may be the customer, but the people who ordered the 16 books don’t want them now. So, the choice really is not mine, but theirs. Yes, I can go to another source and make my book over, but it is really Blurb who loses…........I’m sure an order of 16 books is probably a drop in the bucket to Blurb, but multiply that by all the other "customers" like me who won’t be placing a second order and it is Blurb that loses. My heart just sank when I saw the price increase. I’m very disappointed!

Why do I have to order a copy of my photo book?
Ordering and Shipping
I ordered my first book and when I recieved it, I found I needed to make to make a couple of revisions. I sold several copies of the original books in the Blurb bookstore before the revisions. Now, I have to buy another book in order for the public to view the revised book. Why can’t they just substitute the revised book for the earlier version.

Ordering and Shipping
I published my book, ordered one and discovered a couple of mistakes. Of course when I uploaded the revisions, it became a brand new book. (Although it is till the same book, same title, etc. Meanwhile, I sold some of the original books. When I uploaded the revised copy, I was not allowed to put it up for sale until I ordered another book. If I delete the original book, will I still get paid? Why can’t they replace the old book with the new book.
