Is there a quality control process?
Book Printing
A book that was intended as a Christmas gift arrived with the dust jacket incorrectly printed/folded. None of the images line up with where they are supposed to be. The spine printing is half on the spine and half on the cover. The inside and outside flaps have portions of the cover image on them. Clearly no human quality-controlled this book before it was shipped. This is my fifth order with Blurb and 3 of them have had production problems of one kind or another. Makes me wonder whether there is even any point in giving them another shot.
