If you follow the link in my post above you can contact Blurb, they will respond to you by e-mail. Using that form actually puts your query into their logging system and allows them to keep track of the status. Once you have got your pages properly paired again you can lock that those pages so they always stay together as a left/right pair. The original photos in your page would be uploaded and printed at 300dpi (or the resolution you used). My guess is that that will not help. Hi Steve,the printers used for the cover and for the pages of the book are different, which is probably the cause of the difference you see. Wingdings and webdings work fine for me, as far as I know any font that is displayed in the drop down is supported as when you come to upload the rendering of the page is done on your PC not on the Blurb server. <a href="http://blurb.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/blurb.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=71">There is a FAQ on fonts here</a>.If you tell us what leads you to say "obviously aren't supported" we may be able to help you a bit more......Tony. You will find various contact forms under Customer Support, depending on why you want to contact them.But what you see is not an error. Once you have uploaded your book it is possible to order a copy of your book many times over many months, maybe with a softback, then a  hardback with dust cover and then a hardback with imagewrap.
