Contributor view book?

That sounds way too compicated, they should just have a way for collaborator to at least view and comment on the book before its published

Contributor view book?
BookSmart
I have a close friend who took 1/2 of the pictures for the book, I am about 90% done and would like to allow her access to view the pages in their current layout, I’d like to get her input on a few of the spreads. I saw "Invite contributors" on the menu bar, it would seem that I could invite a contributor to view the book in progress there, maybe by inviting her to view via email, but I can’t figure out how to do that. If that’s not possible, can I have her log in on her computer using my username and password? She lives in another state so we are collaborating online and can’t meet in person.

page headers
Book Design and Imaging
I am using some page layouts that have 4 or 6 pictures plus a "Header" text box at the top of the page. I would like to have a big bold Title/header for the page in say 16 point type, but the header box only allows the type face to be 11 or 12 point type which I think will barely be readable on the page. When I enlarge the type to 16 point, there is plenty of room between the 16 point type and the picture below, but I get a yellow yeild and exclamation point sign on the page, but when I look at the 16 point type in preview it looks fine, the type does not appear to get cut off. When this prints, will the 16 point type look just like it does in preview, or will it not fit the box since I am getting the yellw yeld/exclamation point sign?

Adding text
Book Design and Imaging
There is a page layout that I selected that has a lot of white space around the photo area (but not text box). Is there any way to add a text box to that page if the layout provided does not have a text box? I know that there are some layouts that accomodate both pictures and text, but the layout I like is one that has a place for photos only, and I want to be able to insert a text box, since thre is room for it, and the available photo/layouts don’t float my boat.
